The highlights throughout the year include:
- May 1st: Merchant's Market with large May Festival: Colorful market activity, music, and culinary specialties – a festive start to spring. August: Wine Festival: Enjoy exquisite wines and atmospheric music in convivial company.
- 18th September: Viehscheid (Almabtrieb): A traditional event when the magnificently decorated cattle return from the alpine pastures to the valley – a true highlight of the Allgäu year!
- Carnival: Carnival parades on Sunday and Tuesday: Colorful costumes, cheerful music, and a lively atmosphere during the grand carnival festivities.
